A Boston Based Non-Profit focused on improving public education is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This role will be focused on supporting the schedule of their CEO and a Sr. Director and will play an integral role in managing projects, relationships, and helping to organize multiple projects and deadlines. This position will have a wide, evolving range of responsibilities, with opportunities for additional responsibility based on demonstrated success.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the many ongoing projects and initiatives of the director and CEO
  • Correspond with key district leaders about prospective work in districts,
  • Maintain the schedule, coordinating meetings and conference calls
  • Organize the travel calendar, coordinating travel logistics (airfare, car services, hotel, & expense reports)
  • Leverage CEO time effectively, prioritizing appointments and requests
  • Liaison with other departments and agencies, including senior-level management and board members
  • Assist Office Manager in with firm-wide events, annual conferences, and gatherings with team members
  • Assist Senior Team with internal communication
  • Maintain Salesforce database of members, client work, sales leads, and Technology Solutions
  • Correspond with multiple vendors, clients, team members, and colleagues
  • Other responsibilities as needed

 

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Salesforce & Google Calendar
  • Ability to navigate complex scheduling and demonstrated success managing an executive with many competing demands
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and focus on excellence
  • Ability to protect sensitive information
  • Flexible work schedule as events and initiatives may require it
  • Willingness to handle a varying array of tasks and responsibilities
