An organization in Boston need a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
  • Welcome guests and clients as they arrive
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Generate daily reports
  • Screen and transfer phone calls
  • Coordinate with office staff to provide backup support
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Bachelors a plus, but *not* required
