We have an Entry Level Office Position in Downtown Boston! Looking for someone with front desk, phone, and customer service experience. Must be highly polished and well spoken. Perfect for anyone with a recent bachelor' s degree, or students close to their graduation date.
  Duties:
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Filing, faxing and distributing mail
  • Monitor and order supplies for the office in a timely manner
  • Draft letters and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to Office Managers and staff
  • Other duties as assigned
  Requirements:
  • Previous front desk experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Friendly and professional mannerism over the phone
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Superior written and verbal skills
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
