Entry Level HR Admin

The Entry Level HR Admin will perform general administrative and human resource functions.   The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience or degree in related field of study
  • The ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting candidates
  • Answering telephones and helping with general HR questions
  • Organizing and filing company documents according to regulations
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and events
  • Posting and editing job advertisements
  • Pre-screening external candidates, interviews and new hire paperwork
  • General office work
