•     Process inbound calls 
•     Transfer calls when necessary 
•     Guide customers through technical issues 
•     Resolve issues with shipping, billing, and returns

Requirements:
•     Experience with customer service
•     Friendliness and professionalism over the phone
•     Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work setting
•     Basic computer knowledge
•     Availability to work during weekends on a rotating schedule
