We need a Vehicle Claims Specialist!

Responsibilities: 
• Researches damaged vehicle incidents and roadside assistance inquiries
• Responds appropriately and professionally to the customers and clients
• Mediates negotiates, develops and implements steps for resolution
• Develops internal and external relationships to ensure client satisfaction
• Resolves issues within a specified time period, including contact center, vendor, and claims inquiries
• Analyzes customer/client issues, making recommendations to improve member satisfaction 

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. (Associate Degree is a plus)
• 3 years' experience in customer service
• Some experience handling insurance or claims 
• Must be able to work flexible hours as business needs dictate
• Superior problem solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills 
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong business writing and computer application knowledge
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
