A successful Customer Care Specialist is an outgoing, considerate, people-person who works one-on-one with our customers. This individual is trained to help translate information to our customers in a way that builds customer confidence and satisfaction in our product and in our business. Customer Care Specialists are at the forefront of building and maintaining the most important relationship our company has that of the CUSTOMER.   Our best personnel possess the following traits:

  Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Inbound Queue Service
  • Responsibility/Accountability of All Customer Issues & Customer Satisfaction
  • Adhere to standard times for service issues
  • Provide Support for all customer base
  • Customer account maintenance, processing and comment entry
