Come join a team of Customer Care Representatives at a Medical Call Center! Hours are 11: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM. Must be available to work during weekends.   Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls from Hospitals, Doctors, and their staff
  • Responding to inquiries and updating information
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Using a database to research who to contact
  Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years call center experience
  • 40 WPM
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • A clear, professional speaking voice
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
