Call Center - Pharmacy Operations
Boston, MA | Contract
- Receive inbound calls/faxes from Healthcare Providers and pharmacies
- Ensure and approve that all information is accurate and complete
- Follow up with Healthcare Providers to obtain missing or incomplete information
- Documentation of missing information
- 1 – 5 years of call center, healthcare, insurance, or front desk experience
- Competency/experience navigating databases and computer systems
- Strong track-record of punctuality and attendance
- Ability work quickly and multitask in a fast pace environment
- Calm and composed under pressure
- No degree required (Associates/Bachelors, or Healthcare Certification is a plus)
