A medical Call Center in Quincy needs customer service representatives ASAP!   Start: Monday August 1st Paid Training is 10 am – 4 pm Duration: 6 months with the opportunity for extension! Hours: 10 am – 6 pm Dress Code:  Business casual   Public transit accessible. Free Parking available.   Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls/faxes from Healthcare Providers and pharmacies  
  • Ensure and approve that all information is accurate and complete
  • Follow up with Healthcare Providers to obtain missing or incomplete information
  • Documentation of missing information
  Skills:
  • 1 – 5 years of call center, healthcare, insurance, or front desk experience
  • Competency/experience navigating databases and computer systems
  • Strong track-record of punctuality and attendance
  • Ability work quickly and multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • No degree required (Associates/Bachelors, or Healthcare Certification is a plus)
