General Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for multiple Senior Level managers and their teams
  • Calendar management for multiple managers
  • Coordinate conference calls, speaker requests, and travel arrangements
  • Enter and process travel & expense reports for reimbursement
  • Order gifts, literature, business cards
  • Prepare marketing materials/kits for internal and external meetings
  • Complete compliance-related tasks (tracking gifts, copying/filing incoming/outgoing docs, compliance log)
  • Process check requests
  • Track attendance in system for managers’ teams
  • Ad hoc projects

Candidate must have the following attributes:

  • Ability to work as part of a larger administrative team but also self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Excel
  • Experience using PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience using Salesforce data base
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must be organized
  • Sense of urgency
  • Solution oriented
  • Reliable and responsible

Education/experience:
  • Bachelor’ s degree or 2+ of equivalent related experience
