A well-known organization is looking for a highly professional Administrative Assistant to join their busy office.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating events which will include logistical, social and fiscal components
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements
  • prepare agendas for regular meetings, respond to e-mails, memos, correspondence as well as answer phones
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Combination of experience and an Associate’ s Degree would be considered in lieu of Bachelor’ s
  • Experience in an academic setting
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
