We are looking for a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant!   Responsibilities:
  • Complex scheduling
  • Coordinating meetings and creating agendas
  • Handling catering and daily lunch orders
  • International travel arrangements
  • Completing expense reports
  • Reviewing outside mail
  • Copying, printing, scanning and filing
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence
  • Preparing briefing materials
  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Other duties as required
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree preferred but not required
  • 3 to 5 years’ administrative experience with
  • Experience with calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
