Administrative Assistant

Hire Partnership is currently looking for a top notch Administrative Assistant who has 3+ years of experience supporting senior level staff for our Cambridge client. In this prominent role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
  • Managing executive calendars
  • Scheduling meetings both on-site and off-site
  • Arranging all executive travel without error
  • Creating and augmenting Excel reports, graphs, and presentations
  • Understanding executive’ s needs, routines, and motivations in order to anticipate deliverables
  • Screening all incoming communications, including calls, mail, and email
  • Interacting with board members, investors, and other high-level personnel
  • Handling other administrative tasks including expense processing and staff meeting minutes

Basic requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • Must be able to exercise a high degree of independent judgment
  • 7+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • 5+ years of supporting an executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Polished and professional manner
  • Ability to travel internationally

Desired qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
  • Education: Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and responsiveness
  • Organization and motivation
