Administrative Assistant (Dorchester)
Boston, MA | Contract To Hire
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and domestic/international itineraries
- Generate daily reports
- Screen and transfer phone calls
- Coordinate with colleagues to provide backup support
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor' s Degree preferred but not required
