We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for our client in Wilmington. Initial interviews will take place at our agency in Downtown Boston. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our client’ s sales team, assisting with daily office needs. This person will be responsible for booking appointments, answering phone calls and emails and tracking sales with Excel. Must have strong technical skills and reliable transportation.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Submit and reconcile sales reports
  • Provide customer support to visitors
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and clients

 

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school or General Equivalency, Bachelors preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
